(I got sent one of the 12 sent to me; I guess by mistake), and there has been no follow up with questions such as "Gee, would you like more information or set up an interview?" Sage appears to be avoiding interviews. I contacted an acquaintance so I could talk with someone carrying Sage One and Live as Google searches were producing only British firms. I got my interview with the reseller, which was very good. But there was no offer of an interview with Sage on the subject. Sage corporate did release the news on August 8 that it had hired Blair Crump as president, but that item was not placed on the Sage North America website. I found an interview with Crump on Youtube from April, but searches yielded nothing that show any interviews have been conducted since he took the new job.
SAGE 100 RELEASES NEXT WEEK Featured
Sage is expected to release Sage 100c and Sage 100 2017 next week. There's a channel webinar scheduled for September 21, with the product availability cheduled for three days later. It's hard to know what to expect as Sage's PR team seems to have gone into witness protection. There have been no press releases from the North American operation since July 28. There were 12 published on the website from July 24 through July 28.
