Former managing partners Angie Crockett and Jose Antonio Romero have become SVP of customer care, and SVP of global services, respectively. The acquisition will assist PC Bennett in expansion in the United States, along with growth in Latin American markets, including Peru and Colombia, where Romero and Bennett originate. ROC, founded in October, carried Acumatica and Dynamics SL while PC Bennett has been an Acumatica specialist after selling off its Dynamics GP practice.

Seattle, Wash.-based PC Bennett Solutions has acquired ROC Solutions of Dallas, Texas. Terms were not disclosed. Tim O'Sullivan, formerly managing partner of ROC Solutions, has been named COO at PC Bennett. O'Sullivan will manage day-to-day operations while overseeing the firm's consulting division.
