With her departure, she joined Rich Spring, who headed the Sage North America partner effort for 10 months that ended in January. Mascareno became Seal's VP of sales operations and enablement. Spring, who drew VAR praise during his short stint, joined Seal as VP of worldwide field operations in March. From my LinkedIn searches, I do not see a significant number of departures of recently hired Sage executives and managers. Six other X3 managers and executives named as relatively new hires in the November story are all still with the software company.

Crystal Mascareno, VP for Sage X3 in North America, has left the company for Seal Software after nine months. I probably would not report this change but her hiring was reported by me on November 19 in an article about changes in the X3 management structure, a group that had drawn reseller criticism. Mascareno was with Sage from August 2015 through April 2016.
