NetSuite is supporting its growth in Europe; via data centers opened late in 2015, one in Amsterdam, Netherlands and the other in Dublin, Ireland. Since NetSuite already has more than 850 customers in these countries, the idea that it is moving into them seems a little imprecise. It sounds more like a way to announce a separate NetSuite structure for this region along with the localization of OneWorld and a chance to name some new customer wins. The Deloitte deal is also the expansion of an existing relationship.

NetSuite has opened a headquarters in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, to run its operations in Benelux companies—the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. The cloud-based software company announced several steps that accompany that move, including an alliance with Deloitte in Belgium and the introduction of NetSuite OneWorld for Benelux-headquartered companies.
