No. 4, UXC Eclipse saw its parent acquired by CSC. No. 5, Edgewater Technology, has so far fought off the hostile takeover bid by Ameri Holdings, which withdrew its proxy fight. No. 26, I.B.I.S. was purchased by Bangalore, India-based Sonata Software. Edgewater itself acquired Dynamics CRM reseller, Zero2Ten, early in the year.
