Before that he was commercial sales director for Salesforce.com's Northern region from August 2012 through October 2013. He had two stints at Oracle, the first of these as senior sales director for Oracle Fusion Middleware from November 2008 through July 2012. He was also manager of channel sales at that company from September 1999 through May 2004. In between, he was sales manager for Trend Micro's SMB business from May 2004 through July 2005 and sales manager for small enterprises at SAP from October 2005 through November 2008. Some people speculate Oracle will someday buy NetSuite. I believe that as it keeps hiring people with Oracle experience it will eventually spin a cocoon and emerge as the new Oracle.

NetSuite has hired Burt Graeme as channel sales director for Asia Pacific and Japan. Based in Sydney, Australia, Graeme is responsible for growing the channel staff in that part of the globe. He also manages NetSuite's partners in three sub-regions: Australia/New Zealand, Asia and Japan. Graeme was previously BMC Software's country manager for Australia and New Zealand for enterprise solutions from October 2013 through December 2014.
