Mark Ferrer, current head of SAP Ecosystem and Channels, continues in his other job as COO of customer operations. Cardenuto, who joined SAP in 2008 as president of SAP Latin America and the Caribbean, has been president of SAP Americas for the past year. As a result of Cardenuto's move Jennifer Morgan has been named president of SAP North America and Diego Dzodan, president of SAP Latin America and Caribbean. Both will report to Robert Enslin, president of Global Customer Operations. Interesting that SAP continues to call Bill McDermott co-CEO as he is supposed to become sole CEO this month with the other holder of the co-CEO title, Jim Hagemann-Snabe, stepping up to a position with the SAP supervisory board. I have not seen any rumblings about a possible successor.

SAP has named Rodolpho Cardenuto as the head of a new global partner operations organization. This group was formed in the office of the co-CEO so SAP is putting all its corporate weight behind it. The GPO will also manage Business One, the OEM business and overall strategic partnerships. Including Biz One is very interesting because that signals the need to put the full force of higher management behind it for whatever reason.
