Santander who joined Rootstock with its purchase of Kenandy in May 2018, has two major areas of responsibility. Besides managing new services offerings for rapid implementation, she is charged with establishing the Center of Excellence for Rootstock Cloud ERP. She also is responsible for growing the company’s enablement program. At Rootstock, she was director of partner programs from May 2018 through February 2022. She became VP of enablement and partnerships and after six months in that position, she became VP of global enablement. Her initial position with the company represented an expansion from her oversight of the Kenandy partner channel to include Rootstock’s.
