DFC CEO Carol Rogne will stay with the firm although she is looking to retire at some point, a Stoneridge spokesperson said. Stoneridge handles Dynamics AX/NAV/365 and CRM. DFC markets Dynamics GP and 365, along with its own DFC Property Management and Key2Act field service application.

Stoneridge Software has acquired DFC Consultants—both firms are Dynamics resellers. Terms were not disclosed. Based in Fargo, N.D., DFC employed 18 and had $3.5 million in revenue according to its submission for Bob Scott’s Top 100 VARs for 2017.
