Headed by managing partner Dan Fine, the VAR will move Don McNulty VP of finance and business solutions at DTM, to become VP of business solutions for Fine's new White Rock, B.C., location. Fine now has more than 45 full-time employees and expects that number to grow to 60 over the next two years. DTM owner and CEO Paul Martin says his firm can now focus on its managed solutions offering. Fine Solutions also markets Dynamics AX and CRM.

Dynamics reseller Fine Solutions has acquired the Dynamics GP division of DTM Systems of Vancouver, B.C. The deal moves Lynnwood, Wash.-based Fine into British Columbia and Western Canada.
