Exact has acquired construction software company, bouw7, which operates in Benelux. The acquired company, which was founded in 2015, provides cloud software and serves organizations with two or more employees.

The octuplet children of Nadya Suleman, the octomom, are now nine years old. I always thought Nadya’s smile (she now calls herself Natalie)  looked like the Joker’s—a bit too long at the ends.

QAD results took a hit as it was unable to overcome the loss of revenue from an international implementation, which was completed before the first quarter began. The result was revenue fell to slightly more than $78 million for the quarter ended April 30, off 9.5 percent from $86.2 million a year ago.
