Guy Berruyer, the new Sage Group chief executive, has taken over the job from long-time chairholder Paul Walker. That was effective on October 1, but you wouldn't know it because the only change to the company's Web page is that Frenchman Berruyer's picture and bio is in the place formerly occupied by Brit Walker. I would have marked the occasion with an announcement thanking Walker for his contributions and welcoming Berruyer on board.
