Manufacturing software Vendor QAD reported a loss of $161,000 for the third quarter ended October 31, compared to earnings of $1.5 million a year earlier.  Revenue increased to $76.9 million in the most recently ended period, a gain of 10.9 percent from $69.5 million a year earlier.

Infor expects to report revenue growth of 7.5 percent to 8.9 percent for the second quarter ended October 31. The software company says software license fees and subscription revenue will grow by 10.7 percent to 13.4 percent over a year ago.

Epicor is demonstrating what it calls the Catalog of the Future of the aftermarket auto products business. Utilizing a new interface, the systems enables parts professionals and technicians to use a tablet computer or wearable device to inspect vehicle systems directly from the service bay.
