LBMC Technology Solutions has acquired InterDyn Artis. The Nashville, Tenn.-based unit of accounting firm LBMC has $18.8 million in annual revenue while Artis’ had revenue of $5.9 million.

Himanshu Palsule has been promoted to the position of president of Epicor Software. The software company said this week  he will lead the Epicor Auto and EDI businesses.

Another candidate for the Democratic nomination for president has dropped out of the race. That was, uh, I think it was, no what was his name again, wait a minute, I thought he quit last month. Never mind.
